Ultimate Staffing is seeking qualified candidates for a Medical Scheduling Call Center opportunity located in the Rocky Mount!

This is a full time, IN OFFICE position!

Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Pay: $16-$17/hour

Qualified candidates will have:

Positive Attitude

1-2 years working in a medical office handling high call volume

High degree of professionalism

Job duties:

- Answering the phones

- Ensuring paperwork is completed

- Data entry

- Scheduling

- Faxing/Scanning/Emailing

- Ensuring all patients are taken care of in a timely manner
